I have a sweet tooth, but I don’t really enjoy baking which I guess is lucky for my waist line. ;) But when a dessert is this easy, this is something I can do. I found this recipe for Apple Raspberry Dump Cake on Six Sisters’ Stuff. I had previously dried their peach cobbler dump cake and loved that so I figured I would like this one too and sure enough it was awesome! I love raspberries and they are the perfect punch of tartness with the sweetness of the apple.
Apple Raspberry Dump Cake
21oz Apple Pie Filling
10oz bag of frozen raspberries
1 box white cake mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat 350 degrees
Empty the apple pie filling into 9x13” pan, add the raspberries, and mix together and spread it out until it covers the bottom of the pan.
Dump the cake mix over the pie filling and spread evenly.
Pour melted butter over the top of the mix.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
I do love to bake, but it's great to have easy, shortcut recipes to satisfy the sweet tooth. This looks yummy! Thanks for sharing at Fridays Unfolded!

Looks delicious and so simple. I have made a blueberry pineapple version kind of like this but have not seen this one. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThis looks great. We would love to have you share it at our party at Adorned From Above. It started last night. I'm not following on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
