Why Celtic sea salt as opposed to any sea salt?
ReplyDeleteMostly there's a difference in how it's made. Celtic sea salt is gathered by hand and most sea salts on the market are made by boiling sea water. The boiling process removes many nutrients so it's not as complete as Celtic sea salt. Some people say there is a slight taste difference as well.
